This is a picture of my oldest who came to visit for the holidays. Not a part of the series that I was talking about in my journal....

Love the model and pose/background but the color is too warm (yellow/orange) IMO and could use a slight color adjustment in PS.

Still it's one of your best

Certainly has an Indian appearance to it. I dunno, it looks fine to me. Certainly good work.

I could have changed the color but I liked it because of it's contrast to the red and black.

IMO change wouldn't do a thing for me considering that this was inside without a flash. I just used the lights that I could find. I've noticed that the flash can be to harsh sometimes...

Finding that happy medium when your too broke to buy studio lights sucks:faint:

Well I did some changes..what do you think now?

I tried to keep the warmth and fix the skin color.

Still is a little too warm IMO but it's getting there. I was thinking something more like this as far as getting a more natural look but it removes the warmth completely.

 I know what you mean  When it comes to color correction I typically focus on the skin tones and try to make that match as close to the original. Not having been there I don't know if that is her skin tone but in my head I thought it was :slow:

Sometimes color adjusting has to be done with a selection of the subject so you don't affect the rest of the image but I was lazy :P
